Warranty
Machines & Attachments partners with reputable manufacturers to supply and all products offered on our website. Most skid steer and excavator attachments include a manufacturer-backed warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Please note that expendable components and general wear parts such as blades, knives, teeth, oils, sprockets, skid shoes, knife discs, and similar items, are typically not covered under manufacturer warranties. Products sold as demo, return, resale, prototype, or closeout items are also generally excluded from warranty coverage.
As an authorised dealer of Amulet Attachments, we are pleased to offer you the manufacturer’s warranty for all eligible Amulet products purchased through our dealership.
Warranty Coverage
Amulet Manufacturing warrants each new attachment, when properly installed, maintained and operated under normal working conditions, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of original purchase or 1,000 operating hours (whichever occurs first). This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be assigned or transferred.
Scope of Warranty
If a defect covered under this warranty is discovered within the warranty period, Amulet Manufacturing will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part. The warranty is subject to the following conditions:
- The product must have been installed and operated according to Amulet’s instructions and specifications.
- No modifications, misuse, negligence, or failure to maintain the machine as recommended by Amulet.
- All warranty claims must be submitted through our dealership with the original purchase receipt and product serial number.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Wear parts or normal wear & tear.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, overloading, or unauthorized modifications.
- Products used in rental or short-term hire applications unless specified by Amulet.
- Any consequential, incidental or indirect damages.
How to Submit a Claim
- Contact support@machinesandattachments.com within the warranty period to report the defect.
- Provide proof of purchase, the serial number of the product, and a description of the issue.
- We will coordinate with Amulet Manufacturing to determine the best remedy (repair, replacement or credit, as applicable).
