1. Do you ship within the United States only?

Yes, we currently ship to all locations within the USA.

2. What is the handling time, transit time, and total shipping time?

Our handling time is 1–2 business days.
Transit time is usually 3–7 business days.
The total shipping time is 4–9 business days, combining both handling and transit times.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $5000 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $5000 include a flat shipping fee of $300.

4. What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 04:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after that time are processed the next business day.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, digital payment options (where supported), and bank transfers for eligible orders.

6. Can I track my order after it ships?

Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

7. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about approval. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

9. Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for items that remain in new, unused condition.

Contact us with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund according to our policy.
